Delivery to the regions of Russia and CIS countries
Delivery is carried out all over Russia and CIS countries by transportation companies. This requires a preliminary calculation of the cost of delivery in the transportation company. Our logistician can help you to choose a transportation company and arrange delivery.
Choosing a transportation company
After placing an order, in coordination with our managers, you can choose a transportation company to send your shipment. After that, our logisticians will submit an application to the selected company to send the shipment to the recipient. At registration the shipment is assigned a preliminary number and the preliminary cost is calculated. All cargo is subject to insurance. The shipment is also provided with additional packaging as it is fragile.
A tracking number for the shipment is sent to the customer immediately.
Payment for delivery
Shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Payment for delivery is made by the buyer directly to the transportation company by cash or non-cash payment. The cost of delivery is calculated individually. Preliminary calculation is made after making an application for transportation. The final cost of transportation becomes available in the transport company after the transfer of the cargo to the TC.
For legal entities delivery is carried out by prepayment. After payment of the invoice, the TC will agree on the time and date of delivery.

After the transportation company has picked up the cargo from our warehouse, our manager sends you the tracking number of the shipment. The final amount of transportation, tracking of cargo movement, as well as its receipt are available on the website of the selected TC.
Dispatch
If the goods are available in stock, shipment is carried out within 7 working days from the date of receipt of funds to the company's account. All goods are shipped unassembled and in factory packing.
Delivery to non-CIS countries
The cost of delivery to non-CIS countries is calculated individually and may include customs duties and other duties, in accordance with the laws of the country of residence of the buyer.

To receive the goods, you must have the following documents:
- ID document.
- For legal entities - the seal of the paying company or the original power of attorney for the right to receive the goods and sign shipping documents. In the absence of a seal or power of attorney, the transfer of goods will be impossible.
- Original power of attorney from the payer, if the cargo is picked up by a third party (e.g. courier or driver).
Upon receipt of the shipment, sign the acceptance documents only after the shipment has been checked. It is necessary to open the packaging!
If there are any complaints about the integrity of the packaging, quantity, configuration, integrity of the goods (broken, broken, chipped, damaged), do NOT accept the shipment and do not sign the documents.
After signing the documents and receiving the goods, we accept claims on these issues within 15 days in the following order:
- Draw up a Statement of Claim specifying the claims and their photo/video fixation.
- Send the said act to the seller and carrier.
- Contact our managers by phone number in the header of the site, as well as by mail.
- If the recipient did not draw up the Act, it means that the shipment is accepted in the condition in which it is.
With the goods in your hands you receive the UPD (Universal Transfer Document).
The service of checking and assembling the goods, as well as garbage removal is performed by the client himself.
