Totem Floor Lamp is more than just a source of soft evening light. It is a genuine collectible design piece, balancing on the boundary between functional art and the philosophy of wabi-sabi. The concept of the model is inspired by the deep theme of totemism — primal monumentality, symbolism, and the search for a sacred connection between humans and the forces of nature. In its silhouette, authentic, age-old forms come to life, reinterpreted through the prism of contemporary luxury and uncompromising attention to the tactile properties of materials.

Architecture and the nobility of materials Every element of the floor lamp carries visual value, but the main semantic and artistic emphasis is placed on the unique beauty of living wood and its totemic form:

• Stand / Sculptural ash block: Ash is a noble, hard timber with an incredibly expressive, pronounced texture. To emphasize this superiority, the stand is produced using a complex multi-stage process: it is assembled from several segments of selected stock and then hand-turned, acquiring a distinctive biomorphic, undulating form. This method not only reveals the full depth of the grain but also protects the construction from deformation. Deep, translucent toning leaves the pores of the wood open, fabulously highlighting the contrasting graphic pattern of the growth rings. The tall, textured trunk evokes an ancient ritual pillar, carrying the spirit of tranquility and natural strength.
• Shade / Interior jacquard: A classic conical lampshade wrapped in premium dense drapery fabric. The intricate mosaic pattern in warm earth tones (terracotta, ochre, coffee taupe, and deep indigo) imitates artistic embroidery with a burlap-like weave. Different directions of the textured stitches cause light to refract unevenly, creating a living, three-dimensional art effect reminiscent of the ornaments of ancient cultures.
• Base and finial / Natural brass: The substantial cast base and the finishing finial are made of brass with a delicate silky-matte finish. The understated, slightly asymmetric shape of the base securely supports the construction, softly echoing the natural contours and warmth of the wooden trunk.
