FUNGAS floor lamp

The floor lamp from the FUNGAS collection continues to be inspired by the shapes of woody mushrooms growing on the trunk of a centuries-old tree. Its architecture is both natural and calibrated to the millimeter. The object was born out of the collaboration between architect and designer Oleg Klodt and the VETVI brand.

Translucent porcelain plates are folded into a light, multi-layered hat, which is about to shimmer at the faintest whiff of air. The tall solid ash wood base is reminiscent of slender trees reaching upwards towards the light.

In the FUNGAS floor lamp, the materials are noble and tactile, and the form is almost sculptural. And its light is like a pause between words, between deeds.
